| 2000-10-05 | Read the asinine, undemocratic, illogical opinion of LIUNA's Independent Hearing Officer, Peter Vaira, that denies justice to LU81 members and sanctions unjust, unfair tactics of incumbents. Filed Notice of Appeal of Election officer decision to have the
record accurately reflect that Robert Bloch. appointed deputy

in the conspiracy to deprive McGough and other members of their

actions of their elected representatives.
Explanation of why reform in LIUNA is "a farce, a fraud, and a sham" via confidential memo to U.S. Attorney and Chicago District Council Court Monitor which also explains for the LIUNA Election officer why Robert "Bobby count the money" Bloch, Randy Dalton, Frank Riley and James Connolly are guilty of conspiring to unconstitutionally and unethically deprive me of my rights under LIUNA's constitution and the LMRDA. |

Honolulu Star Bulletin
reports that U.S. Court Of Appeals (9th) sides with laborers in
local 368 who were never told in 17 years they had a collective
bargaining agreement with their employer. Corruption first reported
in 1998 and Laborers for JUSTICE are still waiting for charges to be
filed. Someone, of course, will schedule a trip in cold January to
investigate further with union funds paying for first class
accommodations all the way. Who says crime doesn't pay?
Denver Post writes article about professional, honest, hardworking laborers. Members of the LIUNA General Executive Board and lawyer-trustees never mentioned. Local 703 finally holds an election after being in trusteeship for years and will now be able to hold union meetings, something it hasn't done for years. CrimeDawg wonders how one can install "union democracy" without holding union meetings. Where the hell does the GEB Attorney find these lawyer trustees who install their favorites as temporary officers in return for getting the entity's legal business? Behind an ambulance? |

If Riley and Connolly get re-elected in 2003, Bloch's law partner will no doubt remain as counsel to the pension/welfare funds. keeping Bloch's coffers full as he pulls down a additional salary as deputy Election Officer for the International Election while serving as supervisor to the Chicago district Council (There is something rotten in the state of Illinois but certain persons can no longer smell corruption). Monitor's report on progress to-date in eradicating the influence in
and control of The Chicago Laborers District Council by organized crime .
Members of Laborers for JUSTICE are actively involved in obtaining and
analyzing information to assist the prosecutors rather than complain like
Alex Corns that nothing is done by the GEB Attorney or LIUNA Inspector
General in this regard. Laborers for JUSTICE members, of course, are still
waiting for Robert Bloch, former trustee now supervisor, to inform the
Chicagoland members why the Chicago District Council was originally put
into trusteeship and why it agreed to a
consent decree after being charged in a RICO complaint with
being under the influence and control of organized crime. If Bloch would
just take time away from counting the money his law partner brings in as
counsel to the pension fund and welfare fund, he might do something useful
like reporting his salary for trustee in the 1999 LM2 he filed for the
district council.
Published Monitor's charges against Donato (local 225) for interfering with Consent Decree, breach of duty as a union member, and racketeering offenses. Laborers for JUSTICE Director, Jim McGough, will attempt to attend and report on this disciplinary hearing before a court appointed hearing officer that should be public and not private like disciplinary hearings before the IHO. Crimedawg will go down to the U.S. District Court and copy at his expense all the documents in the file for exclusive web publication on Laborers for JUSTICE web sites so that the members of the union and the general public are informed of matters they have a right to know about. If LIUNA or the GEB Attorney would furnish me with copies of documents in LIUNA's docket , I would web publish them free of charge. Neither, of course, will take me up on this offer because neither wants the members to be fully informed. They can prove me wrong by sending the material to 2615 W Peterson Av, Chicago, Il 60659. I won't hold my breath waiting. |

Laborer killed by backhoe in Seattle Chicago District council to move into bank building in toney. affluent, southwest suburb of Burr Ridge where blacks do not live, latinos are allowed to mow the lawn, and which is convenient to officers living in Oak Lawn now driving new Cadillacs. Last year the trustee, Robert Bloch, bought a 2 million dollar building that needed extensive remodeling and renovation which will now be up for sale. (Another waste of members' money) |

Daily Herald Profiles Chicagoland LIUNA IG agents , "The Good Guys" according to CrimeDawg. If they would only keep their promises to call members of the laborers union who want to report corruption, they would be more effective. If Inspector General Gow really wanted to detect corruption in the Laborers Union, he would send out a postage prepaid questionaire to every member asking them to report any activities they consider illegal or unethical.. In the process, he might even inform the members (especially the new ones) of the Ethics code and the Ethics and disciplinary procedure. Employer attorney sentenced for misreporting number of employees covered by state insurance . This case provides the legal theory to prosecute attorneys who aid and abet their client's fraud. LIUNA spinmeister Zack Matus tells Pittsburgh Gazettte post hearing briefs on local 1058 are in order before IHO can decide if trusteeship warranted. See complaint and update |

Suggested to the election officer that he
share costs with the election officer of the Teamsters in developing his
own web site and that he obtain Microsoft Office 2000 for each regional
coordinator on a discounted basis and utilize Windows 2000 Professional
server with SQL 7.0 to provide a web based system for entering and
retrieving election information. LIUNA is so far behind the curve in the
employment of modern technology to organize and to communicate with and
educate its members as to make one sick.
Published Arthur Coia's sentencing instrument which provides the terms of his parole. Janet Reno congratulates U.S. Attorney Whiting and FBI agent DiNisco for their work in the matter. CrimeDawg predicted in 1996 that the U.S. Department of JUSTICE would find a way to get rid of COIA just as they got rid of Capone. Tax evasion will do it every time. Other LIUNA officers will, Crimdedawg predicts, be charged with similar offenses. If Luskin and Gow can't do their job, others more motivated than they will do it for them. Call Crimedawg for the nearest IRS agent and he will supply you with names of agents who want a notch in their belt nailing corrupt union officials. Get paid for supplying information you have a duty to report anyway. |
