The petitioner provides its services as a way of increasing the coffers of its funds so organized crime and its friends, cronies, and "mouthpieces" can benefit.. LIUNA is in competition with private business when it derives a commission from the selling of internet access and CrimeDawg will so report this to the tax commissioner.

Published transcript of local 2 court hearing wherein a TRO was not granted. GEB Attorney on record indicating members can vote not to pay lawyer bills and other non-recurring until they approve. Transcript reveals Schippers let $18,000 check be cashed by Local 2's attorney, former Chicago corporation counsel, James Montgomery, as legal fees after local 2 members specifically voted against the payment. Is this a criminal violation by Matassa? Did Schippers and Montgomery aid and abet this LMRDA violation? Will Schippers explain the payment as professional courtesy-one shark to another? Will Schippers explain the personal phone calls local 2 paid for that Crimedawg has reported but which have not been investigated? Will David Schippers explain the $30,000 CrimeDawg has reported as not being received by designated recipients? Will Randy Dalton allow CrimeDawg to examine LIUNA's income tax return in local 2's office, a copy of which by law should be in each local's office that is part of LIUNA's group exemption? |

Use
of Trusteeships to Prevent Opposition to Entrenched Leadership
Within LIUNA: Trusteeships are utilized in two ways to
maintain control over the union membership. The first way is to give
facial legitimacy to the notion that the union is acting to
eliminate corruption when the trustee is actually acting to
perpetuate the status quo, i.e., LCN control. The second way that
trusteeships are utilized is to control local and subordinate
entities that are opposing the international leadership. Both uses
of trusteeships are illustrated by the following examples, among
others: See Local 2 for newest
example
Made available all court cases involving Laborers in California What useful, "honest" information do the stumblebums, neer-do-wells, and co-conspirators on LIUNA's General Executive Board provide the members? What prostitution of "the truth" has not yet been perpetrated by LIUNA's spinmeisters, whoremongers, and perps. Throw the bums out and clean house!! Fumigate LIUNA's fuggy headquarters. Legal advice to attorneys for LIUNA officers. Published Washington Attorney General complaint for taking union dues without permission from members together with press release. Will have to start telling members about Beck rights if Chicago Laborers District Council doesn't shape up and play fair. Randy "The Dolt" Dalton refuses to provide CrimeDawg his communication to O'Sullivan on McGough's transfer. We will get it via discovery if necessary as we haul his ignorant ass into court thereby causing Local 2 unnecessary legal fees. Where does GEB Attorney find these trustees so ignorant about labor law? so unprofessional? in a chickenpluckin factory? Published 2000 Election plan for Chicago Laborers District Council prepared by Trustee Robert "Bobbie count the money" Bloch which very generously sets the salary for business manager at $175,000, allows for self nomination (something Bloch would not allow in Lazzaretto's Local 152 1998 election as he engineered Mike's uncontested election), and which should have been reported to locals by their delegates. Bloch of course refuses to educate the members and has yet to inform them of the reasons why the District Council was put into trusteeship and consented to a RICO complaint. In the opinion of Crimedawg, Robert Bloch is a "disaster" as trustee/supervisor of the Chicago Laborers District Council and should resign as Deputy Election Officer because of obvious conflicts of interest that those in charge of reform are too blind to see. Felon Coia's granting of a variance and tolerance to permit officers to receive multiple salaries from multiple entities is also included. If you are his friend and crony, you get the gold . If you are his political enemy, you get the shaft. The salary for all elected officers shall increase by 5% per year, the same amount the members expect their wages to increase via next year's collective bargaining agreement, an agreement the members will demand to ratify. Are the hypocrites, phonies, and "chickenplucker" stooges on the Chicago District Council going to have the courage to tell their members they can't get 5% or that they can't ratify their collective bargaining agreements? Are these spineless, gutless "Labor Leader Poseurs" going to tell the members, like LIUNA VP Sabitoni (another son or son-in-law of a mobster), that the members are not smart enough to understand a collective bargaining agreement? |

Decavalcante Indictment
Met with superhero, super-Laborer for JUSTICE Ron Fino at FBI Special Agent Ernest Luera's retirement party and had Ron confirm to AUSA Oswald and AUSA Buvinger that Ron told me many times that John Michael Lazzaretto (Business manager Local 152 a/ka/ "Lazzaretto State Bank", pension fund trustee today and with Vincent Solano et al., LECET director), would be "Coia's point man" in taking over control of the Chicago District Council's Pension and Welfare fund. Coia, now a convicted felon, is in the opinion of CrimeDawg "a criminal associate of the Patriarca New England organized family", an opinion CrimeDawg will substantiate with more than a preponderance of evidence in due course.

7th Circuit case interpreting Sec 501 of the LMRDA that is
adverse to Fitzgerald of IBEW and encouraging to union reformers,
especially those who intend to sue the members of local 152 who

times conflicting.

How the Chicago "Outfit" compares to Firestone and Nicor Published first Database table of LIUNA's Public and Private sector collective bargaining agreements that will include in due course the text of each agreement for comparison purposes, something LIUNA will never do because the incumbents do not believe in providing information to the members.
Federal Grand Jury Now Probing Trumka Washington Times defends integrity of David Schippers, former trustee of local 2.In the likely event that LIUNA seeks to extend the trusteeship of local 2, they will have to demonstrate that Mr. Schippers was incompetent as a trustee and, for that matter, also Joe Romano and now Randy Dalton, business manger of Local 681 and executive board member of the Chicago District Council. If Mr. David Schippers, Joseph Romano, and Randy Dalton can not correct the abuses that necessitated the trusteeship in 18 months, they are truly incompetent as are the people that appointed them. If everyone started telling the truth and provided easy access to information the members need to exercise their right of self governance, there would be less need for trusteeships and less need for the lawyers "to milk the cash cow" in the "organized Crime Elimination" business. |

Read the asinine, undemocratic, illogical opinion of LIUNA's Independent Hearing Officer, Peter Vaira, that denies justice to LU81 members and sanctions unjust, unfair tactics of incumbents.
