LISTING OF
INDIVIDUALS BARRED FROM TEAMSTERS UNION BY COURT MONITOR Teamsters Barred by IRB and IBT Investigation Officer through 5/2005 See Teamster Files Neither the Laborers UNION nor the LIUNA GEB ATTORNEY, Robert Luskin , provides to members an alphabetical listing of members barred from the union or from office. The Department of Labor does not provide the names of individuals it claims its efforts produced permanent injunctions barring 31 individuals from future dealing with employee benefit plans and the retirement or resignation of 51 plan trustees. How are members to police their unions when those in charge do not provide the tools. Is the failure an accident or is it deliberate? Buy The Mob's Guys and learn
about the Chicago "Outfit's control of the
Laborers, Teamsters and other unions. LIUNA will
not teach you about this subject so Laborers for

| May 2, 2005 | Published Chicago Tribune article on organized crime control of labor unions in Chicago wherein my friend Matt O'Connor mentions the Teamsters and not the Laborers as still under the influence of organized crime. Counts 45 & 46 in the mob indictment state organized crime controlled labor unions during the 70's & 80's and more than likely the prosecution and clean-up of the Laborers Chicago District Council and certain locals will be used as evidence. CrimeDawg requested reporters at the press conference to report that the Laborers, unlike other unions, has eliminated organized crime influence in Chicago unions. New York, Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and New Jersey Laborer's unions are in CrimeDawg's opinion, still under the influence of organized crime. |

In honor of the late Pope Paul II.
Laborers for JUSTICE have web published his encyclicals that
provide the philosophical and ethical reasons why labor unions are
good, necessary and essential institutions and why the concept of
"prevailing wages" should be considered "just wages" that all men of
good will should support to promote the common good.

If you see a fund for your local and were not aware of it, ask your local to see the minutes of the executive board meeting and of the membership meetings whereby this increase in salary compensation was duly authorized. Make sure that the terms and conditions of office at nomination meetings clearly spell out that compensation for officers and employees of your local include at least two pensions and possibly three for officers/employees are authorized while rank-and-file members are lucky if they obtain one pension. If you think that LIUNA officers and employees should not get more than one pension, then stop bending over and complain about it.
