Is Randy "the Dolt" Dalton, former "chicken plucker" now plucking the members of local 2 a liar?

On 2 occasions, Randy Dalton, Luskin's mediocre replacement for Joe Romano as trustee of local 2, has stated the following in order to fool the members of local 2 into thinking he had their best interests at heart: (electronically recording available)

1: He would replace any business agent, field representative, of local 2 with another member of local 2. On October 16, 2000 Reggie Robinson's replacement is expected to show up. Crimedawg will discover his name and through his contacts in the law enforcement community, surveillance techniques, good detective work, mining "databases", and other proprietary, secret methods of monitoring electronic emissions- transmissions, know everything about him including his DNA. If Robinson's replacement is not a member of local 2, Dalton lied to the members.

2. Dalton has  told the members of local 2 that he has performed difficult tasks and provided  service to LIUNA free of charge at LIUNA's request. If he is referring to taking in members of former local 8 after Healy's friend, mobster Serpico, raped local 8, Dalton is being disingenuous at best, deceitful at least. He increased the membership of his "broke dick" local by 200-300 members, thereby increasing his local's coffers as well as the number of delegates he would send to the district council and LIUNA's International convention. More votes for Connolly and Riley in the 2003 election.

If Dalton can not correct the membership records and accounting records of local 2 immediately, he is in the opinion of Crimedawg, totally unsuited to remain as trustee of local 2.

We will ask Dalton at the next meeting to detail these "supposedly difficult" tasks he performed for LIUNA. Please keep in mind that what is easy to do for some is difficult for others less gifted, less intelligent, less talented, less educated.
