Dear Sir and Brother,
Would you please furnish me with an electronic (CD or e-mail download) copy of the Constitution of the International Union of Operating Engineers? I called your office and spoke with Nancy Parr. I was told that one does not exist. I asked if she could assist me with my request and she told me I would have to put the request in writing to you. I am sure she was probably mistaken or didn’t understand my request.
In this age of information and technology, I am sure it would be very helpful to the members to be able to access the Constitution through the International’s web page.
Thank you in advance for your help with this matter. I will of course assume any cost that is associated with my request.
