Subject: From IUOE Local 18 newsletter to our Rank &
File. Dave
Greetings: Is anyone paying attention to our business manager,
because IF your not we are in for a world of trouble. On page
four of the Buckeye Engineer November 2005 issue he has made it
clear that he does not have a clue on how to perform his duties:
Regarding other craft unions breaking away and splintering off,
we are attempting to obtain some understanding regarding our
jurisdiction.
How dare this Rat Bastard write in a our Union newsletter that
he is ATTEMPTING TO OBTAIN SOME UNDERSTANDING REGARDING OUR
JURISDICTION.
First off you Rat Fk: You already stated the question- is our
jurisdiction. Well, you answered the question, its our
jurisdiction. End of question.
IF he opens talks as he reports with Carpenters and Electricians
they will take it as a sign of weakness and that is all they
need.
I have thrown electricians off our equipment and I have walked
into the carpenters shanty and called them RAT BASTARDS and kept
them from even thinking about such nonsense.
Just because a few International general president have taken
their organization out of the AFL-CIO, that action has no
bearing what so ever on our jurisdiction. Unless you invite them
in to discuss the issue. Thank GOD for ball bats.
The many years of STRIKES, BLOODSHED and DEATHS must not/ever be
negotiated away. I have never heard of a 10K hearing and we have
enough money/men with balls and the work is ours. So end of
talk.
Further ink wrote "we" can work to try and build coalitions
locally. Fken "A", I did that Saturday before last at the Morse
Road Wal Mart with the UFCW 1059 at 614-237-7671.
I was late by a few minutes and was told COPS had already been
called, within minutes a CPD Officer read us the riot act and as
he was talking the store manager tried time and again to stop
Officer, finally the Officer walked off with the manager, only
to return in a few minutes to tell us: The same WAL MART
official that ordered us off the property and who had called the
CPD, now says he called the main office and they told him to
allow us to stay as long as we wanted. A first in the fight to
expose WAL MART. I was only Local 18 member present and I was
there as a Member of Daves Dirty Rat Bastards Hunting Club.
So there is a lot of talk about building coalitions but I never
see it, at State House few weeks back was major Rally of
Union's, once again the only Local 18 Member present. This past
Sunday at the IBEW Hall political rally and only OE present.
But, when it comes to NOT protecting our JOBS, JURISDICTION,
Health and Pension Fund income, SINK & Company gotta make deals.
AND IN FEW WEEKS WE MUST ASK WHY. Same as with the Cleveland
Laborers who gave them access to their phones during our last
General Officers Elections. Now since Election FRAUD Complaints
are filed, receipts are being shone where they paid for use of
the Hall, I think we will have to wait and see what the Justice
Department thinks about that.
First: IF your the business manager of a huge Local Union, you
never show weakness, you keep your secrets and you never screw a
Brother or Sister OE and ink just does not get it. His showing
us this while we wait on the International executive board to
issue their ruling on the Election Complaints shows this OE that
he is thinking like Bush, also a man who thinks he is
untouchable. Me thinks not.
Also, he reminds me of the time Gardner was crying out at the
January executive board meeting he was afraid of Hoffa because
he had been raiding Hoffa's trucks and putting our apprentices
on them. I never thought it was the taking of the trucks but
rather the low scale being paid our newest members was the
crime. Now to entertain talks of giving away our jurisdiction,
where is the outrage from our Rank & File. Dave
PLEASE FORWARD, CROSS POST, EVERY OE MUST READ.
