REP. ARMEY SEEKS PROBE OF UNION ACTIONS

House Majority Leader Dick Armey accused union leaders yesterday of trying to buy the 1996 elections and said a House Judiciary Committee hearing on a Laborers International Union case later this month would probe what he called union-administration coziness, including the settlement of a racketeering case.
