Goldwater, Fleming, and Goldberg I write regarding the scheduling of a hearing before the LIUNA Appellate Officer in the above-referenced matter, in which Messrs. Goldwater, Fleming, and Hutchinson appeal from the Elections Officer's decision of May 18, 2001 in a case captioned Protest No. 021.
