The following documents have been obtained by Laborers for JUSTICE at great expense, optically scanned, and converted to html and web published for the private use of LIUNA members and/or the public. They are copyrighted documents and are not to be republished on the internet without the written approval of James McGough and /or laborers for JUSTICE. The webmaster of www.laborers.org does not have permission to copy these documents and republish on his personal web site. Nor does he have permission to mutilate, alter and/or destroy the documents' appearance or format so they are no longer identical to the paper original .

When the webmaster of laborers.org learns how web publish documents so they are virtually identical to the originals, accurately reflect the documents so that they are authentic reproductions, and do not contain errors and/or omissions, the above policy will be reconsidered.
