Collective Bargaining Agreements for Chicago District Council
This memorandum of agreement is made by and between the Mid-America Regional Bargaining Association ("MARBA"), for and on behalf of the Builders' Association of Greater Chicago, the Mason Contractors Association of Greater Chicago, the Lake County Contractors Association, the Illinois Road Builders Association, the Underground Contractors Association, and the Fox Valley General Contractors Association (collectively, the "Employers") and the Construction and General Laborers' District Council of Chicago and Vicinity, for and on behalf of its affiliated Local Unions Nos. 1, 2, 4, S, 6, 25, 75, 76, 96, 118, 149, 152, 225, 269, 288, 582, 681, 1001, 1006, 1035 and 1092 (collectively, the "Union").
Published as a free service to LIUNA members by Laborers for JUSTICE who will web publish free of charge any and all collective bargaining agreements of LIUNA entities to reduce costs, educate the members, facilitate the efficient communication of information essential to a union member's right of self-governance. If the Chicago district Council will send me electronic copies of the complete amended agreements, I will web publish those sooner than otherwise.
