ORDER: Counsel will be heard at 10:30am on 11/10/2005 in Room 17C, 500 Pearl Street. The Court imposes no time limit on the arguments, other than what is reasonable in the circumstances. Plaintiff is the moving party and its counsel will be heard first, followed by counsel for defendants, with counsel for plaintiff entitled to reply. At the oral argument, in addition to arguing as counsel see fit regarding the merits of the contempt motion, counsel are directed to inform the Court whether they believe an evidentiary hearing would be useful to the Court in deciding the motion, or whether the Court can reasonably make its decision on the basis of the submitted papers alone. The argument will be transcribed. Counsel for the parties are directed to contact the Court Reporters and order a transcript. The parties are directed to share the cost of the transcript
