open cut, underground workers-laborers that are employed by and work for
private companies as opposed to Caravetta's Slate, a/k/a The
organized crime slate" It is composed of
political appointees who are beholden to the Cook County Democratic
party, whose chairman is Schipper's
cousin. Caravetta is a supervisor at the Cook County Jail, 26th and

Kenny Bates, the convicted murder, got out of prison in 1997, 9 years
too late to be eligible for union office in 2001. Kenny nominated the auditors for
Caravetta's slate and CrimeDawg is now checking for embezzlement
convictions.
